PROFESSIONAL BIOGRAPHY:
Mark A. Martin was born and raised in Huntsville, Alabama. He graduated from Washington & Lee University with a B.A. in History. Mark received his J.D. from Samford University Cumberland School of Law.
While in law school, Mark worked as a law-clerk assisting in the representation of indigent defendants in capital murder proceedings. Mark also served as a member of Cumberland School of Law’s National Mediation Team; the Animal Legal Defense Fund; the Intellectual Property Society; and the Pediatric Bioethics Group for the Center for Children, Law and Ethics.
Mark joined Massey, Mitchell & Kelly, PLLC in 2022 and enjoys backpacking, hiking, skiing, hunting, fishing, and cooking.
